I am mostly pleased with my dining table. I did not at the time of ordering understand the extensions have to be taken off and screwed back on every time I want to use them. This is difficult for me, but I don’t want the table extended for everyday use. Clearer information would have been appreciated.

Can I have a size that is not listed?
Yes. Use the BOX-IT shelving designer to set any length to the centimetre, the number of shelves and how the unit fixes. The price updates as you go and you can add it straight to your basket.
How does it fix to the wall?
The unit stands on the floor on flat steel foot plates. At the top, each upright turns back to the wall and ends in a plate fixed with four screws. Fixings for a solid masonry wall are included.
How hard is it to put together?
It is a two person job. The posts slot together one shelf at a time, from the floor up. Our step-by-step assembly guide shows every stage.
How does delivery work?
Delivery to mainland UK is free. We email you when your order moves into production and again when it is ready to ship.
What guarantee do I get?
Every piece carries a 25-year manufacturing guarantee and a 2-year timber warranty.
Can I see a finish before I order?
Yes. Wax samples are available to order for £2.
