I am mostly pleased with my dining table. I did not at the time of ordering understand the extensions have to be taken off and screwed back on every time I want to use them. This is difficult for me, but I don’t want the table extended for everyday use. Clearer information would have been appreciated.

How long does a log store take to arrive?
Each log store is made to order. The current lead time is 4 to 6 weeks.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to mainland UK is free.
How many logs do they hold?
The Hartsop holds around 20 logs. The Rydal, Langdale and Kirkstone each hold around 30, and the Langdale has a separate bay for kindling.
What is the difference between the two finishes?
Raw steel keeps the natural dark grey of the metal under a clear lacquer, with the ground welds visible at each joint. Black is an even black across the whole frame and costs a little more.
How big are they?
Every log store is 250mm deep. Widths run from 320mm for the Rydal to 800mm for the Kirkstone. Each product page has a size chart.

Our log stores are welded from steel box section and made to order in raw steel or black. The Rydal and Langdale are finished with a 45mm thick timber top.
