What To Expect
Once you place your order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is dispatched you will receive a further email confirming the tracking number of your delivery. We always ask for your email and mobile number with every order. This allows us to make sure you get as much information from our couriers regarding your delivery as possible.
Small to Medium Parcels
- For small to medium sized products (2kg to 30kg) we use Hermes UK, UPS, DPD, FedEx & Parcel Force.
- Our pallet delivery options includes drop off only at your location. As the items will be wrapped and loaded on a pallet they cannot be maneuvered into your property and so will be left in a mutually convenient place such as a carpark, driveway or garage if access with a pallet truck is possible. Please speak to a member of our team to discuss your specific delivery requirements as we would be happy to quote. - For large products greater than 30kg we use a network of couriers who can deliver nationwide. This will be a 1 or 2 man team depending on the size and weight of the order. Deliveries are usually between 7am and 9pm depending on the couriers schedule. When arranging your delivery we will check your availability and try to find a mutually convenient time for both you and the courier. As a courier will be travelling around the country with various deliveries on board it can sometimes be difficult to give a precise time slot. Normally a morning, afternoon or evening time slot is given though this may change due to road conditions or other problems affecting the schedule.
- We offer a premium delivery service that is carried out by our own professional team. This includes both the delivery and full assembly of items plus the removal of packaging. Typically a 2 or 3 man service depending on the nature of the order. We are able to cater to most circumstances but ask that you inform us of important details about access before placing your order. This includes parking restrictions, access to and inside of the building along with information such as stairs, corridors, goods lifts and doorways. Our experienced team will install the items as per the delivery plan that will be produced during the order process. Deliveries are normally possible between 7am-5pm depending on the distance from our workshop. When arranging your delivery we will check your availability and try to find a mutually convenient time slot. Evening and weekend deliveries are possible but must be agreed when placing your order as extra charges will apply.
Larger pieces that we can hand deliver and install on your premises are clearly identified as such in the Delivery section of the product listing. For these pieces we will aim to deliver all furniture using our own van and installation team. If your location is outside of our normal delivery area then we use a courier called AnyVan who cover most of England, Wales and Scotland.

Express or Next Day Delivery
If you need a special or urgent delivery service please contact us and we will seek to provide you with the best postal option for your needs. Please send us a message via the Facebook Messenger link in the bottom right corner or email firstname.lastname@example.org before 12 pm in order to request this service so that we can guarantee delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide this service on items using our bespoke service.
