The Arundel Console Table
Two steel frames screw to the underside of the top. It takes about 5 minutes and needs only a screwdriver. The pictures loop, so watch each one through before you pick up the parts.
How it goes together. Each end of the console stands on one steel frame. A flat plate welded to the top of the frame screws straight into the underside of the timber top. There are no pilot holes, so you choose exactly where each frame sits, anywhere from 5 to 15 cm in from the end.
