Shipping policy
Delivery lead time for all products is included towards the foot of the product description.
All stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Delivery times are variable due to the bespoke made to order nature of some of our products.
What To Expect
Once you place your order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is dispatched you will receive a further email confirming the tracking number of your delivery. We always ask for your email and mobile number with every order. This allows us to make sure you get as much information from our couriers regarding your delivery as possible.
- For small to medium sized products (2kg to 30kg) we use Hermes UK, DPD & UPS.
- For large products greater than 30kg we use a dedicated 1 or 2 man team depending on weight and size.
If you would like the courier to leave your order in a safe place please drop us an email quoting your order number and where you would like them to leave it.
Express or Next Day Delivery
If you need a special or urgent delivery service please contact us and we will seek to provide you with the best postal option for your needs. Please send us a message via the live chat link in the bottom right corner or email hello@acumencollection.co.uk before 12 pm in order to request this service so that we can guarantee delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide this service on items using our bespoke service.
International Rates
