The Blencathra Coffee Table is crafted from solid wood and finished to preserve its raw, organic character. As part of that honest approach, you may notice:

Visible grain variation, knots, and natural color shifts
Small cracks or surface texture from the drying and aging process
Minor imperfections that reflect the material’s natural origin

These features are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty. Instead, they’re part of what makes each Blencathra table distinct—a piece shaped by nature, not uniformity.

What Makes This Table Unique?

The Blencathra Coffee Table is built from solid wood and designed to showcase the natural character of the material—no veneers, no disguises. The surface is left intentionally raw around the edges, highlighting grain patterns, color shifts, and the occasional imperfection that makes each piece distinct.

Its X-shaped trestle legs, crafted from black powder-coated steel, create a bold contrast with the warm wood top. This mix of textures—refined steel and rugged timber—gives the table a grounded presence that works across a range of interior styles, from contemporary to rustic.

Standard dimensions are 1100mm long and 450mm high, offering generous surface area without overwhelming the room.

Straight from Nature

Visible Grain

The Blencathra’s solid wood top is finished to reveal what’s already there—distinctive grain patterns, tonal variations, and surface markings that reflect the wood’s natural origin. These details aren’t flaws—they’re features. Each table is slightly different, shaped by the material itself rather than concealed beneath it.

Knots and Grain

Rustic Character

The Blencathra’s surface is shaped by nature, not perfection. Knots, cracks, and subtle marks are left visible—each one a natural feature of the solid wood. The edges are softened by hand, keeping the surface functional while preserving the raw texture that gives the table its grounded, lived-in feel.

One of a Kind

Authentic by Nature

Each Blencathra Coffee Table is built from solid wood with unique grain patterns, tonal shifts, and naturally occurring imperfections. These details aren’t added—they’re revealed. No two tops are identical, giving every piece its own quiet individuality and sense of place
