DELIVERY
- 2-4 weeks | Free UK mainland delivery
- We pack each stool individually and use UPS or Parcelforce 24h services.
- For bulk orders we will ship via our white glove van courier.
- A shipped notification email including tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
PACKAGING
- All stools are carefully packaged in adequately sized cardboard boxes.
RETURNS
- If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it within 30 days.
- Any inbound and outbound shipping costs are covered by the customer for change of mind.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING
- All orders placed from outside of the UK will be subject to longer lead times and attract a delivery charge. This is calculated at checkout however if you have a bulk order feel free to contact us direct for a bespoke shipping quote as the rates can vary significantly in short periods of time.
