DELIVERY

• 3-5 working days | Free UK mainland delivery
• We use UPS or Fedex next day services for all rustic stools.
• Fully tracked delivery service, we send an email out confirming tracking number.
• Our packing teams work on Tuesday and Thursday so delivery will usually be on a Wednesday or Friday.

PACKAGING

• All orders are carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and shipped in appropriately sized boxes.

RETURNS

• We accept returns within 30 days.
