We use a 2 man courier team for all office desk orders.
Delivery is to the ground floor only. If you require delivery to a different floor, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm whether the courier can accommodate the size of your specific order. It’s important to inform us of any access restrictions or obstacles the courier may encounter so they can plan accordingly.
We will contact you in advance of delivering your dining table to ensure we deliver it on a convenient day for you. A shipped notification email including tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

PACKAGING

All orders are very carefully wrapped with cardboard and additional corner and side protection and fragile tape added to avoid damage in transit.
