If you require delivery to a different floor, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm whether the courier can accommodate the size of your specific order. It’s important to inform us of any access restrictions or obstacles the courier may encounter so they can plan accordingly.

Our stock availability is updated live on our website, so you won't be surprised by lengthy delivery times when you shop with us. Find full details on our Delivery Information page.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value may apply, and once production of a made-to-order item has started it may not be refundable. Find full details on our returns and refund policy page.
