We will use an APC Next Day service for the 100cm console and our 2 man 2 day courier for the 140cm and 180cm size to UK mainland only.
A shipped notification email including tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

PACKAGING

All orders are carefully wrapped with cardboard with additional corner protection and fragile tape added to avoid damage in transit.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it within 30 days with no questions asked.
Any inbound and outbound shipping costs are covered by the customer for change of mind.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

All orders placed from outside of UK mainland will be subject to longer lead times and attract a delivery charge. Northern Ireland customer must contact us prior to ordering to confirm shipping rate as the rate isn’t automatically calculated due to shipping profile geographic restrictions. For all other countries outside of UK the rate is calculated at checkout however if you have a bulk order feel free to contact us direct for a bespoke shipping quote as the rates can vary significantly in short periods of time.
